Terms and Conditions

1. General Agreement

These Terms and Conditions apply to all equipment rentals, tuning services, and retail purchases made at Powderline Rentals. By reserving equipment or booking a service with us, you agree to comply with the rules and guidelines outlined in this document.

2. Ski & Snowboard Rentals

All rental equipment, including skis, snowboards, boots, and poles, remains the exclusive property of Powderline Rentals. When renting equipment, you agree to:

• Return the equipment by the agreed-upon date and time to avoid late fees.
• Use the equipment responsibly on designated trails and snow surfaces.
• Not transfer or lend the rented equipment to any other person.
• Report any damage or mechanical issues to our staff immediately upon your return.

3. Servicing & Repairs

For ski and snowboard tuning, edge sharpening, and waxing services, turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on demand. While we take the utmost care with your personal equipment, Powderline Rentals is not liable for pre-existing damage or inherent weaknesses in the gear provided to us for servicing.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Rental reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the pickup date. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a late cancellation fee. Early returns of equipment due to weather, lift closures, or personal reasons do not qualify for a refund.

5. Liability & Damage

Winter sports involve inherent risks. Powderline Rentals is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained while using our rental equipment. Customers are fully responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear during the rental period.
